André Broijl, CFA: President
André Broijl (1970) acts as Treasurer for the Board of the CFA Society of the Netherlands. André holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Groningen and is a CFA charterholder since 2004. In his daily work, André is responsible for managing investments in Fixed Income Credit for Syntrus Achmea. André started working in the Asset Management industry in 1995 and has since then held positions at, amongst others, ING Asset Management and Robeco Asset Management.
Hilko de Brouwer, CFA: Education
Hilko de Brouwer (1971) acts as Education Chair within the CFA Society of the Netherlands Board. Hilko holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University Maastricht and is a CFA charterholder since 2003. Hilko started working for ABN AMRO Bank in 1997 as a Treasury Sales Trader in Frankfurt am Main. In 2000, he managed an investment banking implementation project in Zurich. Ever since, he focuses on institutional client investments and portfolio construction. First as a portfolio manager balanced mandates; then as director institutional advisory with a focus on continental Europe. In 2007 he moved to Kempen Capital Management as director institutional relations.
